Growing up Charles played for the Valley Forge Minutemen, Team Comcast, and won a 16u national championship with the Hollydell Hurricanes. After playing JR A in NJHL he would go on to play ACHA D1 hockey for Temple University.

Growing up Charles played for the Valley Forge Minutemen, Team Comcast, and won a 16u national championship with the Hollydell Hurricanes. After playing JR A in NJHL he would go on to play ACHA D1 hockey for Temple University.

Charles has been a level 4 USA hockey coach for over 10 years and has studied how to develop highly skilled players while being an instructor at the international ice hockey school in Pisek, Czech Republic.

Off the ice, Charles also has had great success in inline hockey. He is currently the director of player development for the US national program whereas a player he won two gold medals and as a coach has won 5 world championships.

Coaching Philosophy

Charles is a systematic but offensive-oriented player-coach. Having played and won at both the national & international levels he knows how and where the players have been. Instilling life success skills such as communication, trust, and perseverance, Charles does not only look to build successful athletes but professionals & leaders of tomorrow.

Sal grew up playing in the LBCSHL where he also played for the Lawrenceville Flames.  

He went on to play in the ACHA for LaSalle University. While playing at LaSalle he also was playing JR A hockey in the AEHL.

After playing hockey competitively Sal decided to join the Mid-Atlantic Hockey Academy and help develop younger players to become successful not only on the ice but off the ice as well.

Growing up Jeremy played Tier 1 in the AYHL for Valley Forge Minutemen out of Oaks, PA, and Tier 2 in the DVHL for Ice Dogs out of Hatfield, PA. 

He also played for Wissahickon Middle and High School in the SHSHL during his time growing up in the Local Philadelphia Area. Once High School rolled around he left the Philadelphia Area to play for Cushing Academy in Ashburnham, MA. Jeremy also played ACHA D1 College Hockey for The University of Arizona.

Post-playing career Jeremy's passion has been to give back to the game that taught him so much. Jeremy currently holds a Level 4 Coaching license with USA Hockey. He has been coaching local youth hockey in the Philadelphia area for over 10 years at all levels from Learn to Play thru 18U Midgets.

Jeremy's Focus is on the fundamentals: 

  • Skating
  • Edgework
  • Agility
  • Stick skills
  • Offensive/defensive awareness

Chris Johnson has been playing competitive hockey at the highest level for 20+ years around the US and Canada, including AA, AAA, and various Select Tournament Teams. Chris has played for the West Chester

Quakers, Philadelphia Junior Flyers, and ACHA D1 for Temple University. Chris has competed for a National Championship and selected to the Skills Competition, as 14U with the Quakers, as well as competing for a National Championship with Temple University in San Jose CA in 2011.

While attending Temple University Chris worked closely with Snyder Hockey as a coach, and skills coach and assisted with rink operations. After College, Chris was given the opportunity to work with the

Adirondack Phantoms (Currently the Lehigh Valley Phantoms) working with players, staff, and coaches.
